I personally haven’t tried, so I can’t say how they would turn out. Some weights or at least an explanation on if you packed the flour during measuring or not. All in under the 10 minutes recommended. For me, a muffin has a nice domed top, doesn’t have frosting, and shouldn’t give me a sugar rush during breakfast.
